Parts Return Policy


If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your parts purchase from Butte Toyota, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. (Excluding electrical & fluid items- see point 8.) 

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

1.    A return must be submitted to us within 60 days from original purchase date with your order/invoice number, and the reason you need to return your item.

2.    Returned item(s) must be in good physical condition (not broken or damaged).

3.    All components originally included with the item must be included with your return.

4.    Items must be returned with original un-damaged packaging and labels.

5.    Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in the case where items are supplied incorrectly by Butte Toyota.

6.    Any item(s) priced under $10.00 are eligible for return only with a 25% restock fee.

7.    Any item(s) that are not a Genuine Toyota are subject to manufacturer/supplier return/warranty policy.

8.    Electrical items & fluids are non-returnable under any circumstances. Please ensure you provide accurate vehicle information at the time of purchase and are sure the electrical item you are replacing is the cause of your issue. If unsure Butte Toyota recommends having an authorized Toyota Service Center diagnose the fault prior to ordering electrical components.



All Toyota Genuine Parts are made to the same standards as our vehicles and are designed specifically for each model. Which means each part will fit perfectly and meet the high-quality standards of your Toyota.


All Toyota Genuine Parts & Accessories carry a 12-month Toyota Warranty. (Warranty conditions differ for tires & batteries).
