Butte Toyota is the best! Hanna the service parts person & Karisma the windshield service person are the best. I have a 2024 tacoma. Windshield got shattered. Talked to our local Toyota dealer where I bought my truck, they wanted a 1000 dollar deposit and could not tell me when I could get a windshield! I called toyota dealers as far as southern California. Nobody could give me any information when they thought they could get a windshield. Called butte toyota and talked to Hanna, she did some research, tracked some toyota windshield shipments, gave me a date when she thought it would arrive. Safelite and all the other dealers would not do that. Very long story. After a bunch of bs with other dealers and safelite. No info for all. Butte Toyota found and tracked a windshield, kept me informed, great installation! If I had waited for other dealers or safelite would still be waiting THANK YOU HANNA AND KIRISMA

My appointment was right on time. My service was done quickly and I was back on the road. Friendly staff and a comfortable waiting area.

Had a unexpected mishap on our road trip, had to stop in and Nick in the service dept. was amazing and helped get us back on the road with a loaner. We were then informed that my car was fixed the very next day as they over nighted the parts from Portland! I am very happy with what they did and how quickly it happened, I highly recommend!

Toyota Butte made the process of getting studded snow tires and my mud flaps super easy. The appointment time was set up quickly and they emailed me choices for tires and mud flaps since I lived out of town; all competitively priced. The front office staff are cheerful, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a very comfortable waiting room, as well. I will definitely continue to use Toyota Butte to service my Tacoma.

I traveled here from Oregon for work and needed to bring my car in for an oil change. Nick and Brynn serviced my vehicle and I must say, I had the best service and they represent Toyota at the highest level. I have to say my experience with Butte Toyota service was excellent. I was having battery issues, turns out was caused by an electric starter I had put on my four runner when I bought it. They got me in as soon as they could and fixed the issue within a few hours. I would recommend Butte Toyota to everyone.

Great quality service and personal care. Caroline and her colleague were so helpful with getting us back up on the road. We broke down on a trip to the national parks but they helped us navigate a confusing repair and warranty situation, helping make sure we were taken care of. Caroline had great patience while we waited in a back and forth with the dealership we bought the car from. She worked hard to help us look up service details, and find available parts in the area. They even had great tips on the best place to stay in town. Very grateful for this service shop!

I was driving across the US in my new Grand Highlander. Needed my 5 K service as I was driving through Montana. Called at the last minute in the morning and they fit my vehicle in for service as I was passing through Butte, Montana! I was there for less than 30 minutes, and was treated like a valued customer by all three service employees I interacted with. I highly recommend this dealer!

We were traveling from Illinois to Seattle and our GX460 failed a fuel pump at 236,000 miles. Nick’s service team was able to get us in immediately and troubleshoot the problem quickly. The ordered part arrived the next morning and we were back on the road just after lunch. Dave, the dealership owner, shuttled us to and from our hotel and even showed us around Butte a little. Quality service work at the quoted price. Carolyn, Nick and Dave could not have been more courteous and helpful in a difficult situation! Butte Toyota is highly recommended. Great people!

The customer service in the service department and throughout the store is excellent at view Toyota. I’ve been going there consistently for six years. The service team is always friendly and answers. All my questions which I always seem to have a lot of.😃 I highly recommend Toyota. You won’t be disappointed. I have bought two vehicles through them and that’s what brought me there originally. The service is what keeps me there.
